When you present information, be it from a slide show, or an excel sheet, you have to edit it to make it fit a hard copy format. There’s a lot of trial and error, as well as hoping the information is clear enough. Converting it to a PDF allows for instant carry over to a printable form. People still like to use paper. There’s still the value of a hard copy. Being able to send and use an easily printable file is a subtle victory in the peace of mind. Fewer fires to put out in the future make converting all that more worth it.
